The timescale of a web design project is generally dictated by the customer. The most common delay in the creation of a site is waiting for content (text & images) to be sent to us by the client. If you have a timescale to adhere to please let us know and we will strive to stick to this.
Great! The first thing you need to do is send us a brief idea of what you want. This can be done in various ways. You will need to buy a domain name. We can do this for you if you require. We will then set up a hosting package for you and get an initial design out to you.
This design will be changed and tweaked to come to a final version and then you will have to send us the content and pictures to finish your site. Don't worry we'll be here each step of the way and guide and help you if needs be.
Hosting is the term used for where you store your website so it's available online 24/7. We can provide hosting for you with your web design package.
This is a regular question we get asked. It really depends on what you want your site to do, how many pages you want, do you want optimisation, do you need your site maintained etc.
For a 4 page brochure site you're looking at spending approximately £150.
We will happily give you a free quote for a site. Just contact us.
After we've given you an initial design and quote we would ask for a small deposit. Generally this would be the cost of the domain name and hosting. After we complete the website and you're happy with the final result we would need the rest of the payment in full.
